When you request a sample, we collect the name, business email, county, property criteria and recent-deal range you provide. Hosting and security providers may also process standard technical request information such as time, device type and IP address.
Why we use it
We use the information only to check territory availability, respond to your LayerScout enquiry, prepare a relevant sample, maintain security and keep necessary business records. The site does not add you to a newsletter or sell your enquiry details.
Who processes it
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website and deliver enquiry email. They act for LayerScout and may operate outside the United Kingdom under the safeguards applicable to their services. We may also disclose information if legally required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, manage the business relationship, maintain security and meet legal or accounting obligations.
