Straight answers
A territory-exclusive data file of property-owner records prioritised from current county and state data, with the reason behind every score. It is designed for your own acquisition mail, not as a shared lead marketplace.
It is a relative ranking score, not a percentage or predicted probability. It combines documented court or official-record events with checked parcel-record factors, and every delivered score travels with its reasons and source references.
The same 200-record file is sold to one buyer for its stated territory and cycle. Once claimed, that territory is closed until the next cycle.
Not in cycle one. The file includes recorded owner and mailing addresses. You control your marketing method, brand and compliance.
A materially wrong owner, a property already publicly listed for sale, or one already sold at delivery. Report it within seven days and LayerScout will replace it or refund it in cash, pro rata.
